We are back! We're thrilled to announce the return of Netflix's Data Engineering Open Forum, happening in person on Wednesday, April 23rd in Los Gatos, CA. This conference is designed to unite data engineers for a day filled with knowledge-sharing, learning, and networking. We warmly welcome industry professionals, academic scholars, and emerging talent to engage in a vibrant exchange of ideas.

This year, we've introduced more speakers and added exciting new formats to the Open Forum, including interactive panels and lightning talks.

Transportation and Parking

For those opting to drive, registered guests will be able to park their car in the Netflix parking structure. Please indicate your intention to drive in your RSVP. Further details will be included in the confirmation email.

If you plan to use ridesharing services, please schedule your drop-off at building E's front entrance, where a host from Netflix will be present to assist with event check-in.

Please remember to bring a photo ID as all campus guests need to be registered to access the Netflix campus.

Enjoy complimentary snacks and refreshments throughout the day. Lunch is included, and if you have any dietary restrictions, kindly specify them in your registration form. Don't miss the opportunity to unwind and grab some small bites with us during Happy Hour at the conclusion of the forum.

Is it permissible to bring a guest?

Only those who have registered will be permitted to attend the event.

Will this event be live-streamed for those who cannot make it in person?

While we do not plan to live stream the event, we intend to upload the talks to our Netflix Data YouTube channel. RSVP will not be required for accessing the recordings.

I'm interested in two concurrent sessions. Can I attend both?

We ask attendees choose just one session. Each talk will be recorded, and you will have access to view the session once it is uploaded to the Netflix Data YouTube channel.
